Q-Wood Hardwood Flooring

Q-Wood is a new line of exquisite engineered hardwood flooring by QuickStep. Using their patented Uniclic Technology on their Classics line, these click lock engineered floors save time and money during installation and are perfect for the DIY homeowner. Simply click boards together over an underlayment and you're done!

Q-Wood also offers an extra wide, extra long plank in their Elonge Collection. This collection offers a standard tongue and groove and can be nailed, stapled or glued down.

Quickstep uses a performance enhanced finish called Opulux on their Q-Wood line of real hardwood flooring, which was created to illuminate the beauty of the wood grain while at the same time shielding against stains and everyday wear and tear. Opulux has the look of a matte oil finish but with the durability of a UV Finish.

The overall construction of Q-Wood includes a wear layer on top, a multi-ply core in the center, and a back veneer. These layers help to create a balanced engineered wood floor, reducing warping and expansion and contraction.

For routine maintenance, make sure to use the Q-Wood Opulux Hard Surface Cleaner as other cleaning or maintenance products make damage the Opulux Finish. To refresh the finish if wear and tear begins to show, use the Q-Wood Renewal Revitalizing Solution. You can use this Revitalizing Solution to either spot treat areas or you can use it to refresh the entire floor.
